Thank you for choosing The Perfect Creative Studio® for your video editing and product photography needs. We are committed to delivering professional and reliable services to every client. To ensure transparency and set the right expectations, please read our detailed policy on cancellations and refunds.


1. Subscription-Based Services

Our services operate on a subscription model with time-based editing hours per day (2, 4, or 8 hours depending on the plan). Each day is pre-scheduled and team resources are reserved in advance. Therefore, we ask that clients review the following policies carefully:

1.1 Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice via email at least 3 business days before your next billing cycle.

  • If your cancellation is received after your renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • Once canceled, your access to services, files, and project communication channels will end on the last day of your current paid term.

  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

1.2 Pausing Your Subscription
  • We allow you to pause your subscription once per billing term for up to 30 days.

  • Unused time during the pause will be banked and available for the remainder of your billing cycle after the pause ends.

  • You must give at least 2 days’ notice prior to initiating a pause.


2. Project-Based and Custom Services

2.1 One-Time Projects / Custom Quotes
  • For fixed-price or milestone-based projects, cancellations must be requested before work begins.

  • If the project has already started, any completed work up to the cancellation point will be billed and deducted from the total refund.

  • For prepaid packages, the refund amount (if any) will be determined based on deliverables completed, administrative hours spent, and time allocated.


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

Due to the creative and time-intensive nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable unless one of the following conditions is met:

  • A duplicate or accidental payment was made.

  • A first-time client qualifies for a one-time refund under our introductory guarantee (see 3.2).

3.2 Risk-Free Evaluation Period (New Clients Only)
  • First-time subscribers to any plan are eligible for a 3-day risk-free evaluation period.

  • To request a refund, you must submit a written cancellation request within 3 days of your subscription start date and no more than 1 completed project should have been delivered.

3.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios
  • Dissatisfaction with creative style after multiple revisions

  • Missing deadlines due to incomplete inputs, delayed feedback, or client-side delays

  • Refund requests made after 3 days of subscription start or post full delivery


4. Revisions and Rework Policy

  • Each plan includes a set number of revisions per video (2 for Standard, 3 for Pro, 5 for Elite).

  • Additional revision requests may incur additional fees and must be scoped in advance.

  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery.


5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated on a valid payment, access to services and all associated files will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any concerns before contacting your payment provider.
