Our studio operates Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (India Standard Time). We accommodate different time zones and ensure daily updates or feedback loops for our global clients.

We don’t offer traditional free trials due to the effort involved in personalized editing. However, we often offer small demo projects or paid samples at discounted rates so new clients can evaluate our style and quality before committing to a full plan.

There are no long-term contracts. You can work with us on a month-to-month basis, per project, or choose a custom plan. We believe in earning your trust through our work—not binding you with paperwork.

As many as your project requires! We recommend organizing them into a clearly labeled Google Drive or Dropbox folder. If your footage exceeds 40 GB, we’ll coordinate with you to plan uploads and editing timelines accordingly.

Yes. While we specialize in a wide range of editing formats, there are a few things we do not offer:

• 2D/3D animation projects

• SaaS software demo videos (screen-based tutorials with UI overlays)

• Adult, violent, or illegal content

• Original voiceover recording (unless sourced externally)
