At The Perfect Creative Studio®, we specialize in providing digital services—including video editing, product photography, AI-powered content creation, and related services. As such, our offerings are intangible and delivered electronically. This policy outlines our approach to shipping and exchange in the context of digital service delivery.


1. No Physical Shipping

Because we provide 100% digital services, there is no physical product involved in any transaction. Therefore, we do not ship any tangible items. All deliverables, files, or assets are shared electronically through the following channels:

  • Google Drive or Dropbox links (for edited videos, photos, and assets)

  • Direct email attachments (for small files)

  • Secure client portals (if applicable)

  • Cloud-based review tools such as Frame.io

Clients will receive notifications and links to access their deliverables as per the agreed timeline.


2. Delivery Timelines

The delivery timeline varies depending on the service plan (Standard, Pro, Elite) and the complexity of the project. General estimates are as follows:

  • Short-form video delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Long-form video editing: 3–5 business days

  • Product photography (studio shoot): 4–7 business days post confirmation and file selection

All timelines are communicated and confirmed at the start of each project or as part of your service plan.


3. Exchange Policy

Since our services are customized and time-based, we do not offer product exchanges. However, we provide:

  • A clearly defined number of revisions per plan (2, 3, or 5 depending on your tier)

  • The ability to rework or refine your content within the scope of the original request

  • In cases where files are corrupted or inaccessible, we will promptly replace or re-deliver them


4. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliverables

If there is an issue with the deliverable (e.g., formatting errors, missing files, technical faults), we encourage you to notify our team within 7 days of delivery so we can correct or resend the content promptly.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth digital delivery:

  • Please provide a valid email address and preferred file-sharing method

  • Ensure your inbox/storage platform has enough space to receive and access files

  • Review delivery timelines and revision terms shared at the project kickoff
