At The Perfect Creative Studio®, we want every client to be completely satisfied. This policy covers cancellations and refunds for all our services including video editing subscriptions, one-time projects, and Amazon Advertising management.
You can pause your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Billing pauses immediately and resumes when you un-pause. Your dedicated editor slot is held for up to 60 days during a pause. After 60 days, the slot may be released.
If you are dissatisfied with our first delivery and we have not been able to resolve your concerns through a revision, a full refund will be issued provided the request is made within 48 hours.
Refunds after the first delivery are evaluated case-by-case based on quality issues relative to the agreed brief. We will always attempt to resolve issues through additional revisions first.
No refunds once all contracted revision rounds have been delivered and accepted.
No partial-month refunds. Subscriptions run to the end of the billing period.
No refunds on Amazon PPC management fees once the monthly management work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with our work quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your monthly report.
If you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will redo the work at no charge, or issue a partial credit at our discretion. Our goal is always your satisfaction.
Email viral@tpc.studio with your name, service details, and reason. We respond within 1 business day. Alternatively, use the cancellation flow in your client dashboard.
