The Perfect Creative Studio® is a fully digital service provider. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, or postal deliveries associated with any of our services — including video editing, product photography, and Amazon Advertising management.
1. Digital Delivery of All Services
All deliverables are provided digitally:
- Video Editing — Final exports delivered via Google Drive, Frame.io, or Dropbox
- Product Photography — High-resolution image files delivered via Google Drive or WeTransfer
- Amazon PPC Reports — Monthly TACoS and P&L reports delivered via email and your client dashboard
- Campaign Data — Live campaign access remains in your Amazon Seller Central / Advertising Console account
2. Delivery Timelines
- Starter Plan: 3–4 working days per video
- Pro Plan: 2–3 working days per video
- Elite Plan: 1–3 working days per video
- Product Photography: 24–48 hours after shoot completion
- Amazon PPC Monthly Reports: Within 5 business days of month-end
- Rush delivery: 24-hour delivery available on request (subject to availability)
3. Video File Formats & Specifications
We deliver in any format you require. Standard deliverables include:
- H.264/H.265 MP4 for web, YouTube, and social media
- ProRes 422 for broadcast and archival
- Platform-optimised presets (YouTube 4K, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Multiple aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, 4:5) on request
4. Photography File Specifications
- High-resolution JPEGs (minimum 3000×3000px for Amazon main images)
- White background (255,255,255) for Amazon-compliant main images
- PNG with transparency available on request
- RAW files available on the Elite plan or by special arrangement
5. Revisions & Re-delivery
If a delivered file does not match the agreed brief, we will revise and re-deliver at no additional cost within your plan's revision allowance. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for quality guarantee details.
6. Access & Download Period
Delivered files on Google Drive are accessible for a minimum of 6 months from delivery. We recommend downloading and storing all final files in your own cloud storage upon receipt. After 6 months, file availability is not guaranteed unless you are on an active plan.
