By engaging services provided by The Perfect Creative Studio® — including video editing, product photography, and Amazon Advertising management — you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Offered
The Perfect Creative Studio® provides the following services:
- Video Editing — YouTube, short-form, course, real estate, and podcast editing
- Product Photography — Amazon and e-commerce product photography
- Amazon PPC Management — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaign management via Sellerio
- Subscription Retainer Plans — Monthly plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) covering video editing and related services
Specific deliverables, timelines, revision counts, and scope are agreed upon before each project commences or subscription begins.
2. Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription plans are billed on the same date each month via PayPal
- Amazon PPC management fees are agreed separately and billed monthly
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated in writing
- Invoices are issued upon successful payment
- Late payments may result in suspension of services after 7 days
3. Revisions Policy
Each subscription plan includes a specified number of revision rounds per video. Additional revisions are billed at $25/hour (Starter) or $20/hour (Pro and Elite). Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. After this window, the deliverable is considered accepted.
4. Amazon PPC Management Terms
- You grant us read and write access to your Amazon Advertising account solely for campaign management purposes
- We will not access any data beyond what is required for advertising management
- You remain the account owner and may revoke our access at any time
- We make no guarantee of specific ACOS, ROAS, or revenue outcomes — results depend on account maturity, category competition, and product quality
- A minimum 30-day engagement is required for Amazon PPC management to allow sufficient data collection
- Monthly management reports will be delivered within 5 business days of each month-end
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the client's property
- Raw project files and source files remain our property unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing
- We may use completed work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before project commencement
- You warrant that all raw materials (footage, images, music) you provide are licensed for commercial use
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your client dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or loss-of-profit damages. This includes outcomes from Amazon Advertising campaigns managed on your behalf.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
